The historic Veterans Memorial Auditorium has been operated by the non-profit
(501-C3) Veterans Memorial Auditorium Foundation organization since 1992. In 1997, the name was expanded to Veterans Memorial Auditorium (VMA) Arts & Cultural Center to reflect a diversity of programs and audience.
